Blend Submission & IP Compliance Policy
By submitting a blend idea to Chef Heart—whether via our online tools, in-person studio sessions, or any communication platform—you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your blend name, theme, character, and design do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or trade dress.
- You agree not to submit blends that intentionally replicate or misappropriate protected intellectual property, including well-known brand names, media franchises, celebrity identities, or registered slogans.
- Chef Heart retains the sole right to reject, rename, or alter any blend title, label, or associated content to comply with applicable laws, protect against liability, and maintain ethical standards.
- All custom and persona blends are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of any post-submission modifications required to meet legal or brand standards.
- Violation of these policies may result in removal of the blend from the store, denial of future submissions, and/or restriction of platform access.
